This one-day intermediate course equips middle managers with advanced skills to write clear, credible, and decision-focused professional reports. Participants learn how to structure reports for governance, audit, safeguarding, and strategic decision-making. The course strengthens critical analysis, professional judgement, and legal defensibility in writing. It develops confidence in writing for senior leaders, regulators, and inspection bodies. Attendees leave with practical tools to influence outcomes through high-quality reporting. 

 

By the end of this CPD programme, participants will be able to: 

  1. Structure clear, professional, and legally defensible reports that follow recognised organisational formats and standards, including executive summaries, analysis, and recommendations.
