This six-week evening course is designed for HR, Learning & Development and Organisational Development practitioners who want to build confidence using AI tools in a safe, practical and people-centred way. Across six Wednesday evenings, participants will develop an applied understanding of generative AI, non-generative AI and workflow/agentic approaches, and how these can support day-to-day people work, while also learning how to manage risk, quality, fairness and governance in real organisational settings.

Through guided sessions, you’ll also develop skills in independent research, reflect on your creative process, and strengthen your ability to give and receive constructive feedback. These tools will help you assess work in progress with confidence and clarity.
