Humans aren’t Going Away: Critical Thinking for Organisational Performance

Digital technology continues to reshape our day-to-day lives and transform our work
experience. Amongst other breakthroughs and technological advances this century,
human existence in all walks of life has been altered immeasurably by the creation of
the smart phone, and the ubiquity of social media that has flowed from it, and in ways
that few people ever could have anticipated. Now and next is the advent of AI. But with
this tidal wave of tech, there remains two very important truths: the first, humans are
here to stay regardless of whatever technology has arrived or is on the horizon, and
second, critical thinking skills in the workplace, now more important than ever, are at
distressing levels of decline. The latter is a problem that is only going to get worse.
Unless…
Based on techniques promoted by and learned from Harvard University, the ‘Humans
Aren’t Going Away’ workshop is focused directly on helping delegates hone their critical
thinking skills. This will happen through a simple, engaging, ePective, tried and tested
methodology that will help develop problem solving, decision making, creativity,
analysis, reasoning, and objectivity as essential skills to turbocharge performance. This
workshop is a must and will have you ‘thinking about your thinking’ in lots of ways. That
thinking will lead to more advanced thinking leading to better personal performance,
results, and organisational outcomes.
