Food EducationFood EducationAdvanced Certificate of Professional Development in Food EducationDescriptionThis programme is a collaboration with Leiths School of Food and Wine. Leiths, along with the Food Teachers Centre (who are the subject association for Cooking in schools), are greatly concerned with the lack of teacher training for cooking in Schools.
