This is your £100 contribution towards the cost of a Diagnostic (Dyslexia/SpLD) Assessment. Once your £100 payment has been made please contact Disability Services to arrange an appointment to be assessed. You can call them on 0208 392 3860 or you can visit them at Disability Services Admin Office, Richardson, Digby Stuart College.

Please Note:

If you have paid the £100 for the Diagnostic (Dyslexia/ SpLD) Assessment, but have not followed up by making an appointment and having an Assessment before the end of the academic year, the £100 contribution will be refunded back to you, and you will have to reapply the next academic year.
