This online workshop is for Practice Supervisors and Practice Assessors who are (or will be) supporting UoR Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy students

Course Description

The session will aim to cover...

• Our curriculum at Roehampton, so that you can gain a deeper understanding of what and how our MSc Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy students are learning.
• The support system in place within the University of Roehampton to help you, as educators, feel supported whilst providing placements for our students.
• Introduce you to the role of the Practice Educator.
• Introduce the Common Placement Assessment Forms (CPAF) that are used to 'assess' students.
• Discuss creative ways and current models that you can use to design your placement offerings.
• Discuss ways to support students' development in your role and how to help those that may need extra support.
