Course Description

 PassivHaus Principles

 

This one-day course introduces the PassivHaus standards, focusing on energy efficiency and sustainable building design. Participants will learn the core principles of PassivHaus, including thermal performance, ventilation strategies, and the importance of airtightness, enabling the creation of comfortable and low-energy buildings.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, participants will:

• Understand the fundamental principles of PassivHaus design.

• Recognise the benefits of energy-efficient buildings.

• Analyse different strategies for achieving PassivHaus standards.
