This course focuses on the art and craft of song composition, guiding participants through the process of creating original songs from concept to completion. Students will explore melody, harmony, rhythm, and lyric writing, as well as the structural elements that make songs engaging and impactful. Through practical exercises, peer feedback, and analysis of iconic songs, participants will develop their compositional skills and discover their unique creative voice.
