This accommodation is for guests staying with Roehampton Venues during the Summer 2024.
Please note you must have already done the following before paying for your accommodation:

2. Received confirmation of your booking from the conference office

Please note all bookings remain provisional until full payment for the accommodation has been received. If payment has not been received within 7 days of your receiving the link to pay, your booking will automatically be released from the system.
All payment must be made online. Roehampton Venues will not accept cheques, payments over the phone or cash payments.
The university will NOT provide any kitchen equipment. You will be provided with bedding, bed linen and a towel. This will be changed on a weekly basis.
Laundry facilities are available in each College.
The University will clean the communal areas (bathrooms and kitchens only) from Monday to Friday.
The check in time is after 2pm, and check out is by 10am.
Information will be sent regarding key collection the week before you are due to arrive.
All keys must be returned to the Conference Team on check out.
Refunds will only be given if your booking is cancelled up to 30 days before your arrival day.
All refunds are in pound sterling.
