Detailed Description

Thank you for your recent application to Student Funding for a diagnostic assessment. We are pleased to inform you that most of the assessment cost will be paid by the Access to Learning Fund. However, as this fund is limited we need to ask all students to contribute £100 towards the cost of the assessment.

The actual cost of the assessment can be as much as £400, so by asking for a contribution we will be able to offer financial assistance to more students. If you feel that making this contribution will cause you financial hardship, please contact Student Funding to talk further about this, you can contact them on: 0208 392 3090 or 0208 392 3082.
Once your £100 payment has been made please contact Disability Services to arrange an appointment to be assessed. You can call them on 0208 392 3860 or 0208 392 3403 or you can visit them at Disability Services Admin Office, Richardson, Digby Stuart College.

Please Note:

If you have paid the £100 for the Diagnostic (Dyslexia/ SpLD) Assessment, but have not followed up by making an appointment and having an Assessment before the end of the academic year, the £100 contribution will be refunded back to you, and you will have to reapply the next academic year.
